We specialize in SEASONAL HOME WATCH and PROPERTY MANAGEMENT for absentee or vacation homeowners.  For as little as $35.00 per month (estimates upon request) we will thoroughly examine and monitor your proprty for signs of damage or loss and make sure that there are no surprises upon your return.  You will receive a monthly report and picture so you don't have to worry.  Odds 'n Errands, LLC can even ready your home for your return w/ fresh flowers, clean linens, wines, snacks, or even a stocked refrigerator.
